Journal Entry #1

During the days of the induction week, the process to carry out a class planning, the different resources that can be used in them, how to react before various situations both inside and outside the classroom and what was more my attention was drawn to the multiple benefits we have by having a practice advisor with us. Each of the lectures presented by the professors of the University, were quite helpful to complement my training as a next teacher, they are experienced people who, thanks to their training process in the different educational centers, promote and improve the students who take the practice. the development of teaching - learning with the students whom we ourselves will instruct.

The workshop offered by one of the students of the Karen Lesmes career, in which the teaching methods for people with disabilities was put into practice, is of vital importance, it is necessary that as teachers we implement inclusion from the classroom type of students and what better than knowing the different ways in which we can act with them without needing to feel any discrimination from those around you in an educational institution, be it school or school.

Finally, I thank each of the professors who took their time to prepare us even more in the process we are facing, the teaching practice and how we form from now on our students will leave a lot to say about us and not only it, our training process will depend on the future of Colombian students, in this case who reside in the department of Huila.
